What is your task?
* Selling equipment and solutions for insect production, acquiring new customers and partners, and maintaining long-term customer relationships through technical consulting and after-sales support
* Managing the planning and technical coordination of projects, integrating various subsystems, and monitoring costs, tenders, and collaboration with internal engineering teams
* Coordinating sales activities and ensuring consistent product positioning and project execution within the group of Big Dutchman
* Planning and implementation of trade fairs, events, and marketing measures, as well as representing the company at conferences
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, associations, and regulatory authorities, as well as representing the company in working groups and standardization committees
What do you bring to the job?
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering. Additional training or experience in animal nutrition, or sustainable agriculture is a plus
* Experience in B2B technical sales or the agritech/biotech sector preferred
* Strong analytical and structured thinking with a proactive working style
* Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional international projects
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel internationally (~30–40%)
