In this key position, you will ensure the global availability of spare parts and tools and directly contribute to the operational readiness of complex systems. Your tasks
10. Conducting national and international procurement processes and coordinating materials
11. Communication and negotiation with suppliers as well as communication with internal interfaces such as sales, technology, work preparation and quality.
12. Creating inquiries, maintaining offers, and placing orders for spare parts and tools
13. Delivery date tracking, order confirmation and dunning (order tracking), as well as independent and structured action.
14. Identification of cost reduction potentials and their implementation
Your profile
15. Successfully completed university studies or commercial vocational training with many years of professional experience
16. Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
17. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
18. Experience in after-sales purchasing is an advantage.
19. Knowledge of the security and defense industry is desirable.
20. Basic military knowledge is an additional advantage.
