What will your day-to-day look like?
The role focuses on conceptualising and designing composite features for race cars. Daily tasks may include:
* Outlining detailed specifications for composite components
* Designing structural and non-structural composite parts
* Collaborating with internal teams to analyse performance
* Optimising designs for peak performance
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

This role will suit you if you…
* Hold a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
* Have experience designing high-performance motorsport components
* Understand tool design technologies and production methods
* Are a strong team player with an open-minded approach
* Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Have experience with CATIA V5 and/or CATIA 3DX
* Experience with an F1 team (4-5 years) is advantageous
