Your tasks Introduce and develop the PSIF program locally as well as globally Manage and develop the global and local occupational team Assure conformity with the current state of occupational policy of Fresenius Kabi as well as internal and international standards Implement and maintain the standard ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) in cooperation with the OHS team and ensure compliance with international standards Conduct and monitor oglobal safety audits Define internal global occupational safety standards and KPIs Expand and further develop of internal occupational safety KPI reporting Support the organisation of occupational safety issues incl. improving risk assessment locally Support of certification audits or third party audits (TÜV, PWC etc.) Establish global guidelines concerning occupational safety Resource and support to the OpU heads Contact person for all occupational health and safety related topics at Fresenius Kabi Your profile Expert knowledge in the field of OH&S incl. all required regulations Has worked with Safety programs and PSIF in particularly 5-10 years of experience within the field Good leadership skills Good communication skills Business-oriented, self-dependent, targeted, structured, analytical, energetic, able to build relationships, confident, creative, empathetic, team oriented Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
