The Installation Engineer will be part of a dynamic and international environment, working on projects relevant for the green transition to renewable energy. He/she will play an active part in the execution and success of the activities, interact with a multicultural team, in close contact with subcontractors and clients. This will definitely be an accelerator for personal and professional growth. The position will be based in Düsseldorf.
In this role you will:
1. Support in defining cable installation requirements.
2. Preparation of technical documents for cable installation activities such as detailed drawings, descriptive documents.
You will also:
3. Active interaction with internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors and clients.
4. Support in planning activities of cable installation on site, with in addition possible site visits to check feasibility of the proposed solutions.
5. Technical support to purchasing department for the finalization of subcontracts.
6. Preparation and check of final as-built documentation.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
7. Honours degree in technical engineering (preferably civil, mechanical, or materials engineering)
8. Fluent in English written and spoken
9. 0/3 years of work experience
10. Capability to speak, understand and write in German Language (not mandatory, but considered as a plus in the selection process)
11. Preference will be given to those who have basic knowledge of the land cable installation business/market
12. Knowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.
13. Good relationship approach

15. Problem solving, target oriented, proactive approach in finding solutions in complex environment
16. Capability to set and to handle pragmatically the priorities
17. Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the work
