**Job Description:**In order to manage current and future projects, *Airbus Helicopters* is looking for you to join the team in *Donauwörth *as soon as possible as our new Avionics Systems Engineer (m/f/d) for display system integration / Function and System Design Responsible (m/f/d) for Optronics.You will join a team of 55 people in the "Situational Awareness and Mission Management" department in charge of terrain/weather/threats/traffic awareness functions, vision enhancement and targeting systems, data-links as well as mission management systems for all (e-)VTOLs. Your mission will consist of *supporting system engineering activities* and helicopter level *integration *of *optronic systems *(e.g. Augmented Reality Systems, Enhanced Vision Systems, Electro-optical Systems) with a special focus on the *integration of Helmed Mounted Display systems* (HMD) in *civil and military* helicopters.Your location*At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.
