GitOps Engineer
who's passionate about technology, automation, and collaboration.
Your Role
As a GitOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with our development teams to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.
We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, proactive, and enjoys leading initiatives to improve how we work. You'll also help foster collaboration and bring together a team that currently needs stronger alignment and cohesion.
What You'll Do
* Operate and evolve our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure
* Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
* Automate cloud operations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Bash
* Monitor systems and services using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools
* Identify and implement improvements in our developer experience
* Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to the DevOps vision of ezeep
* Collaborate across engineering teams and help improve team dynamics and communication
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
* Based in Berlin
* Strong experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
* Deep knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform
* Proficient in Linux, scripting (Bash), and monitoring tools
* Self-starter with the ability to independently lead and execute projects
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
* Knowledge of mobile build & release workflows
* Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Ansible
* Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell
