Key Accountabilities
Team facilitation and Management :
1. Secures compliance of its team to the Alstom code of Ethics
2. Ensure team animation in close link with Cluster/ Country Procurement Directors
3. Manage and develop procurement manager, Procurement Project Manager (PPM), Procurement Tender Manager (PTM), senior Buyer and Buyer
4. Motivate, inspire and continuously develop his team in a multicultural interface to improve competencies
5. Close link with Global Procurement (Commodity Manager (CM), Domain Director (DD)) to deploy Global strategies and have synergies
6. Welcome the new resources, manages their local integration, and is responsible for their coaching by their senior colleagues
7. Applies & support Alstom Transport Procurement rules, process & tools
8. Management of its cost center, ensure the adequate sizing of his/her organization according to the business needs
Procurement performance :
9. Applies & support Alstom Procurement Golden rules, process & tools
10. Bring Procurement expertise to support local buyer team
11. Challenge global sourcing (Commodity Manager (CM) / Commodity Director (CD) to secure project execution and profitability in escalation phase
12. Drive continuous improvement within whole local buyer team through APSYS Procurement
13. Manage Supplier Local QCD performances
14. Perform regular (min. Monthly) supplier QCD performance, solves major issues and secure objectives achievement
Project execution and profitability:
15. Support local team to face commercial and contractual negotiation during project execution phase
16. Challenge site stakeholders (engineering, supply chain, quality...) to secure project execution and profitability
17. Track procurement performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviation
18. Analyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation plan
19. Formalize and share return on experience on main issues
Operational excellence & Cash focus:
20. Support supply chain to monitor and secure raw material inventory and OTIF objectives
21. Support quality on Non-Conformities Report (NCR) treatment and improvement, Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) S1 management
22. Support accounting department to align on invoice accounting and payable days
23. Participate actively on industrial continuous improvement
