Tasks We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the day-to-day management of our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns—from hands-on execution and monitoring to ongoing optimization. As a close sparring partner to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our strategic goals to life and elevate our channels through a data-driven approach. You’re also hands-on and proactive when it comes to turning ideas into action—whether it’s shaping a new creative concept or launching an unconventional campaign. Campaign Management & Execution: Set up new campaigns and ad groups in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on our strategic decisions. Prepare and format weekly performance reports to support strategic decision-making. Assist with in-depth analyses by providing and preparing relevant data. Ensure Looker dashboards are functional and up to date. Creative & Content : Support the creation of creative briefs for new ad assets. Upload and organize new creatives across advertising platforms. Profile You have 1-2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, specifically in Paid Search and Paid Social channels. You excel at using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns. You use data to drive decisions and have a keen eye for detail that ensures flawless execution.
