Strategic Sales Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.

* Lead Commercial Projects:
* Develop pricing and revenue models that align with global commercial priorities.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans through cross-functional collaboration.
* Participate in managing key accounts and negotiating favorable terms.
* Align with global consumer strategy and support transformation efforts.

Key qualifications for success include:

* 3–5 years' experience in FMCG, consulting, or comparable environments.
* Proven project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives.
* Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
* Experience working in matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Master's degree in business administration or related field.
