SALES MANAGER SC EU (M/W/D) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement and drive the commercial strategy to deliver above market growth rates. Identify growth opportunities to accelerate the revenue growth for existing product lines and support explore process to identify new product opportunities. Accountability and ownership for all commercial and sales activities for various OEM accounts. Develop and deploy goals for the sales teams to meet or exceed annual and long range plan expectations. Support data collection and presentation for AP and LRP. Coordinate sales activities with SC China and US for European OEM acting globally. Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
