Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading international construction group in Frankfurt. This is a broad and varied administrative role, supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office. From managing travel and accommodation bookings to coordinating training schedules and preparing key documentation, the successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the German business entity.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient operations.
* Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
* Organise meeting rooms, events, and training schedules.
* Prepare, review, and manage documentation for the German entity.
* Provide support to senior management and project teams as required.
* Act as a point of contact between the office and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently.
