Sales Development Representative DACH
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying and nurturing outbound leads.
This role focuses on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and ideally the EE region (Poland mainly), offering diverse cultures and work across multiple regions.
* Outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social platforms
* Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations with Senior Sales Managers
* Collaborating with various departments such as Sales Operations and Marketing
* Achieving and exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
* Onboarding and training new starters
Whilst evolving to meet changing expectations, this position allows for greater scope to gain knowledge and experience within the online market place.
Skills & Expertise:
* Passionate about sales in fast-paced environments
* Proven ability to build personal connections and maintain persistence
* Excellent organizational skills with shifting priorities
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with proactive attitude
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in German is required, with good command of English
