Head of IT-Reimagined – Cloud Practice DACH Als Head of IT-Reimagined innerhalb unserer Cloud Practice DACH übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einen der strategisch wichtigsten Wachstumsbereiche von NTT DATA. Du treibst profitables Wachstum voran, modernisierst unsere Delivery-Organisation, transformierst IT-Betriebsmodelle und entwickelst leistungsstarke Teams. Gleichzeitig gestaltest du die Zukunft cloud-nativer Managed Services in der gesamten DACH-Region aktiv mit. Deine Mission Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung, das Wachstum und die Profitabilität des IT-Reimagined Geschäfts in der DACH-Region. Du gestaltest die Transformation moderner IT-Betriebsmodelle und etablierst skalierbare, automatisierte und cloud-native Service-Organisationen. Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Networks, Data Center, Collaboration und Managed Services voran und stärkst deren Marktposition. Du verantwortest die kontinuierliche Steigerung von Delivery Excellence, Servicequalität, Kundenzufriedenheit und operativer Effizienz. Du entwickelst innovative Betriebsmodelle rund um Automation, AIOps, Infrastructure as Code, Observability und intelligente Service-Operations. Du steuerst Umsatz-, Margen-, Pipeline- und Wachstumsziele und sorgst für nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Geschäftsbereichs. Du baust belastbare Beziehungen zu strategischen Kunden, Technologiepartnern und internen Stakeholdern auf und agierst als Executive Sponsor für Schlüsselinitiativen. Du entwickelst leistungsstarke Führungsteams und förderst eine Kultur von Innovation, Operational Excellence und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung. Dein Skillset Du verfügst über langjährige Executive-Leadership-Erfahrung mit nachweisbarer P&L-Verantwortung im Bereich Managed Services, IT Operations, Cloud oder Infrastruktur-Services. Du bringst fundierte Expertise in den Bereichen IT Operations, Networks, Data Center, Collaboration Services oder vergleichbaren Infrastruktur- und Service-Umgebungen mit. Du hast erfolgreich große Service- oder Delivery-Organisationen aufgebaut, transformiert und skaliert. Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Managed-Service-Verträge sowie großvolumiger Transformations- und Outsourcing-Initiativen. Du verstehst moderne Betriebsmodelle rund um Cloud Native, Automation First, AIOps, Platform Engineering und digitale Serviceplattformen. Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung sowie Erfahrung im Management strategischer Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Delivery- und Partnerorganisationen mit. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst dich souverän in einem internationalen und matrixorganisierten Unternehmensumfeld.
