What you can look forward to
* You develop creative strategies for the further development of our IT workplaces and integrate modern technologies
* You ensure the stable operation of our Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases - from installation to maintenance
* You monitor system performance, carry out targeted optimizations and ensure high availability
* You work closely with IT teams and specialist departments to implement tailor-made solutions
* You coordinate external service providers (m/f/d) efficiently and purposefully
* You are actively involved in the further development of our database infrastructure
* You help shape a modern, high-performance IT environment - independently and as part of a team
What you bring with you
* Completed IT-oriented training or a degree in computer science
* Several years of relevant professional experience in database operation
* Sound knowledge of Oracle technologies (e.g. RAC, SEHA, Multitenant) as well as Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL
* Experience in working with Oracle Linux and Windows Server
* Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong ability to work in a team
* Good analytical skills and an independent approach to tasks
* Good command of English and willingness to be on call and work flexible hours
