Your Mission
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer's experience and success in mind.
What You'll Do
* Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:
* Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further)
* Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk)
* Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)
* Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)
* Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

* Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools
