* Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
* Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on payroll, time management and HR processes
* In-depth knowledge of labour law, income tax law and national insurance law
* Experience in recruiting and confident use of common recruiting platforms and processes
* Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as a professional and engaging manner when interacting with employees and managers
* Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards and a hands-on mentality
* Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with Datev
ChallengeCheck
* Advising and supporting employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and payroll
* Preparation and interface management for payroll accounting in close coordination with the external service provider
* Independent control of the entire recruiting process
* Collection and analysis of HR indicators
* Support with the introduction and further development of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle
* HR administration and operational HR tasks
