As part of their continued investment in customer experience, they are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support and grow relationships with enterprise customers across Germany.
This is a unique opportunity to join the #1 performing regional team — Germany — and play a critical role in driving value and satisfaction for some of the most strategic accounts in EMEA.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization of solutions.
* Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations.
* Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs and advocate for product enhancements.
* Driving customer retention, expansion opportunities, and reducing churn.
* Delivering success plans, QBRs, and ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within network security, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
* Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
* Passion for customer advocacy, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
* Experience with enterprise accounts in DACH is highly desirable.
