Programme Manager - Leading the Energy Transition

Key Responsibilities
* Drive programme visibility and structure by managing programme plans, milestone tracking, and cross-stream coordination
* Support governance and decision-making by preparing executive steering committees and programme boards
* Ensure reporting excellence by building crisp, consistent reports on progress, KPIs, and risks
* Orchestrate units and pilot integration by establishing consistent ways of working, onboarding, and coordination across entities
* Own the delivery rhythm by organising agile check-ins, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions
* Enable learning & knowledge transfer by maintaining central templates, learning logs, and tools that help teams scale faster and smarter
Requirements
Background in programme management or transformation is essential. 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role, ideally in digital, energy, tech, or mobility sectors, is required.
* Structured, reliable, delivery-driven with strong organisational skills, experience in tools like Jira/Confluence or Smartsheet, and an instinct for clarity and pragmatism
* Confident communicator & facilitator who can engage with product teams, engineers, commercial leads, and country organisations – across levels and cultures
* Hands-on and proactive with ownership, chasing open items, driving clarity, and removing blockers
