In this role, you will be the essential support resource for our German-speaking player community, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance and enjoy a seamless gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all players. We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion for gaming and possess excellent communication skills to connect meaningfully with our players.
Deliver outstanding support to German-speaking players via email, chat, and social media platforms
Document player interactions and support issues accurately in our customer relationship management system
Keep updated on the latest gaming trends and product developments
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in player support or a customer service role is advantageous
A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture
Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
