This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.
In this position, youll
1. Participate in job architecture project, benchmarking, setting up salary frameworks, and market data review
2. Provide data analysis and budget forecasting
3. Provide internal training on reward topics
4. Prepare for the EU transparency law
About you
5. Analytical, good with numbers and advanced in Google Sheet (can do VLookups, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
6. Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking, experience with Mercer and/or Willis Towers Watson preferred
7. Excellent spoken and written English
