Key Responsibilities
* Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content
* Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards
* Identify and remove content that violates guidelines
* Process appeals and moderation requests accurately
* Apply content classifications and labeling procedures
* Document moderation decisions and recurring trends
* Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when necessary
* Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes
Requirements
* Fluent Ukrainian language skills (C2)
* Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
* Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
* Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
* Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media environments is considered an advantage
