EMEA Controlling Director (m/f/d)
Your mission
* Financial Analysis and Reporting
* Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess performance, identify trends, andguide key decision-making
* Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurateinsights to senior management
* Seamless interaction with the Headquarters' Controlling and Finance teams, ensuringalignment with the needs of the EMEA President and supporting pricing, KPIs, andother strategic metrics
* Financial Planning and Budgeting in Alignment with HQ requirements
* Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the EMEA salesentities
* Collaborate with operational commercial teams and support functions (e.g. ProductManagement) to set and manage ambitious but realistic financial targets
* Cost Management and Controlling Oversee
* cost management processes, identifying opportunities to optimize and controlexpenses
* Act as a partner to operational leaders to achieve financial goals through effectivecost management strategies
* Process Management and Efficiency
* Identify, propose, and lead initiatives to improve financial processes, harmonizereporting, and drive efficiencies
* Leverage automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness
* Compliance
* Ensure compliance and transparency in (financial) reporting
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; advanced degree orprofessional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
* A few years ofrelevant experience in international controlling and financial leadership in matrixed,B2B, or industrial environments
* Strongexpertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management acrossmultiple countries or regions
* Proven track record as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, translatingfinancial insights into actionable decisions
* Skilled in process improvement, reporting harmonization, and leveraging digital tools todrive efficiency
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with theability to operate effectively across cultures and functions
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
