Husqvarna Group is looking for a process-oriented and customer-focused professional to join us as Supply Chain Project Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing global logistics operations in key focus areas of Retail, ecommerce, market place - ensuring that our warehouse and distribution processes deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.
About the Role
As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will act as the vital link between customer expectations and logistics execution. You’ll work closely with logistics leads, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure our operations are aligned with customer needs and continuously improving.
You’ll lead and execute end-to-end process design and change initiatives across multi-channel logistics operations—including retail, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms such as Amazon. This includes hands-on responsibility for process and IT changes related to packaging, returns, customer-specific requirements, transport setup, and back-end systems. Your focus will span process leadership, customer service alignment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and governance & reporting - ensuring transparency and accountability across our logistics network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translate customer needs into efficient logistics solutions
- Lead the design and implementation of new logistics processes and IT solutions for multi-channel operations using Project Management methodology.
- Own process changes for packaging, returns, customer-specific requirements, and transport setup, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements and system enhancements supporting retail, e-commerce, and marketplace channels.
- Standardize and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across regions
- Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in cost to serve, delivery, quality, packaging, and documentation
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for service issues
- Apply Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
- Travelling to warehouse locations as needed
Location
This position can be based at our office in Huskvarna, Sweden or Ulm, Germany. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.
About You
- Hands-on experience delivering process and IT changes in logistics for multi-channel setups (retail, e-commerce, marketplaces).
- Direct experience with packaging, returns, customer specification management, and transport setup in a logistics context.
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) is highly desirable.

You are analytical, collaborative, persistent and solutions-oriented, with a deep understanding of logistics operations and customer expectations.
In addition, you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in warehouse and distribution operations across multiple geographies
- Proven track record in driving service excellence and process optimization in a global context
- Experience supporting retail, B2C, and marketplace customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
- Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish or German based on location is desired
