* Analyze and interpret test results, documenting findings in XLS reports
* Translate test results into actionable recommendations for material and product development
* Present test results through weekly presentations and regular updates to adidas stakeholders
* Strong knowledge in material science and testing methodologies
* Experience in conducting physical tests and using test equipment
* Ability to independently document research and test results accurately
* Excellent communication skills for regular presentations and collaboration with the team
* Willingness to participate in health and safety training and machine introduction sessions
