Key Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the planning, procurement and realization of the manufacturing process at the production site with regard to deadlines, quality, area, investment and manufacturing costs.
* Your area of responsibility includes the execution of planning tasks for decisions and evaluation with regard to production technology through to implementation in the plant.
* You will be responsible for checking and ensuring technically flawless execution (e.g. adherence to cycle times, technical availability and precise, reliable functional sequences) with the specialist departments and suppliers involved.
* You will independently create work plans with a focus on ergonomics

Work Experience
* Master craftsman, technician or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Advanced professional experience in planning.
* Experience in production planning with knowledge of ergonomics
* Confident handling of MS Office and CATIA.
* Business fluent in German and English.
* Team and communication skills.
* Assertiveness, initiative and a structured way of working.
