Deine Aufgaben
For our Automotive Engineering team at the location Hanover-Stöcken,
we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting August/September 2026. The position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months .
Tasks include:
* Coordinate ongoing initiatives related to technical and quality requirements management
* Develop and propose sustainable processes for managing technical and quality requirements
* Oversee the complete prototype ordering process for all customer orders
* Evaluate and optimize current prototype order management processes, identifying areas for improvement
* Provide day-to-day support to the Automotive Engineering team, contributing to key tasks in product development projects and quality-related topics

Dein Profil
* Ongoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study
* Initial experience in project management
* Strong interest and passion for project leadership and structuring complex tasks
* High interest in quality standards and process management
* Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage
* Analytical approach to work and good ability to logical thinking
* Easy comprehension of complex issues
* Attention to detail, strong self-motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
* Interest in taking responsabilities and building leadership skills
