A growing AI engineering consultancy in Frankfurt is hiring a Senior / Lead Data Scientist to help solve complex real-world problems across healthcare, insurance, finance, energy and manufacturing.
The most successful people in this team are naturally sceptical. They question the data before the model. They care about statistical rigour. They understand that a surprisingly good result is often the first thing that deserves investigating.
You’ll work directly with customers, taking projects from problem definition through to deployment and stakeholder presentation. The work is varied, technically challenging, and focused on delivering outcomes that stand up in production.

What you’ll work on
* Predictive analytics and machine learning projects across multiple industries
* Statistical analysis of messy, incomplete and real-world datasets
* Time series, tabular, text and occasionally image-based data problems
* Customer-facing consulting and technical delivery
* End-to-end project ownership from discovery through to deployment
What they’re looking for
* Several years of commercial Data Science or Machine Learning experience
* Strong statistical foundations and a genuine understanding of uncertainty, hypothesis testing and model evaluation
* Excellent Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
