As Executive Assistant and Office Manager to this small and values-driven team, you would join a very dynamic and international team with the mission to ensure that all administrative and organizational tasks run smoothly. About the position and opportunity:
* Be the trusted right hand for the General Partners.
* Coordinate meetings and calendars across various time zones.
* Prepare internal & external presentations.
* Manage travel itineraries for the team - both domestic and international.
* Support the company’s community events.
* Manage special projects including vendor management for founder summits, annual meetings and team offsites.
* Office organization in Munich - making sure the office and conference rooms are presentable and provide a great working environment for everyone, ordering supplies and service provider management.
* Guest management.
* Identify and implement new practices to improve and optimize the team’s operations.
