Proven experience in project management regarding IT systems and business application and/or business process implementation. Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Solid technical background with detailed knowledge and proactive experience in SAP Upgrade, software development, and web technologies. Solid knowledge of project management tools; experience with Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders. Willingness to develop strong relationships to liaise effectively with stakeholders and project members. Experience as a business analyst prior to becoming a project manager is a bonus. Project certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP) is a bonus. Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximizing ROI. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. Adjust to evolving project needs and deliver iterative improvements quickly. Support BPOs and other senior executives in the initiation of project ideas and project briefs. Plan projects by setting goals and objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, and producing schedules and timelines. Coordinate internal and external project teams to keep projects on track and on budget. Identify and evaluate project issues and risks, escalating to project sponsors and/or the steering committee in a timely manner. Report regularly on project status to project teams and sponsors. Facilitate project workshops and meetings. Ensure proper handover of projects to operations and close them. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project briefs, plans, and progress reports. Follow EMEA Project Management guidelines. Develop project management guidelines and templates for the EMEA organization. Carry out regular project management training. Provide ad hoc advice to stakeholders and support their local projects.
