DEVOPS ENGINEER (M/F/D) | Full-time
YOUR MENU
* You design, operate and optimize our deployment and infrastructure processes in a modern, agile environment
* You ensure that our applications, services and data platforms run reliably, scalably and with high availability in (private) cloud and on-premise environments
* With automation solutions for CI/CD, provisioning and configuration, you ensure that deployments run smoothly
* You take care of backup, cleanup and decommission processes and manage internal and external certificates
* Together with the development teams, you optimize monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting so that systems remain transparent and performant at all times
* You consistently implement security guidelines and introduce best practices for network, firewall, WAF, TLS and Vault
* In addition, you will provide support in the administration of databases (MS SQL, MongoDB, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and in the support of reporting and BI solutions (Tableau, Reporting Services, Snowflake, DWH)
YOUR INGREDIENTS
* You have at least three years of experience in DevOps, system administration or (private) cloud infrastructure and are adept at using tools such as Ansible, ArgoCD, TeamCity and Octopus
* You are familiar with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as monitoring, logging and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger)
* You have experience in the operation and management of databases as well as in the support of data warehouses and BI tools
* Know-how in network and security infrastructure (DNS, load balancer, firewall, WAF, TLS certificates, vault) is part of your skillset
* You are proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and are experienced in using version control and collaboration tools (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira or similar)
* You are characterized by analytical thinking, solution orientation and the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way
* To get started together, you will need a work permit that is already valid in Germany and, if necessary, a residence permit
* You have excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level each)
