Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain IT documentation and validation records to ensure accuracy, completeness and topicality
* Handle IT correspondence (internal and external), including emails and ticket updates, in a timely and professional manner
* Track and organize IT assets and spare equipment to support efficient inventory management
* Assist with user onboarding paperwork and coordinate account requests
* File, sort, and maintain physical documentation in an organized and accessible manner
* Handle regular monitoring and documentation tasks
* Provide general organizational support to the IT department as needed
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
* Basic familiarity with IT environments is a plus, but not required
* Discretion when handling sensitive information
