You'll make an impact by
1. You will assist in developing communication strategies that effectively convey the vision of future mobility, energy use, and digital transformation within the IT department
2. Additionally, you will support the implementation of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new technologies and processes across the organization
3. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with various team members to create engaging content that fosters an innovative and collaborative culture
4. By participating in these strategic projects, you contribute to shaping how Siemens adapts to and leads in the evolving technological landscape

5. Education: Currently enrolled in a university program related to Communications, Culture Studies, Change Management, Economic Psychology, Information Technology or a similar field
6. Experience and Skills:Experience or strong interest in corporate communications or change managementSkills in digital communication tools and platformsUnderstanding of organizational culture dynamics and change processesExperience in event planning are a plus
7. Ways of Working: Demonstrates creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
8. Languages: Proficiency in English and German is required
