Commercial Lead, DACH (Equity Opportunity)
Agentic is building a new model for AI-enabled strategy, transformation, and implementation.
We combine senior advisory work, our Continuum agent, and a network of specialist implementation partners to help leadership teams move from AI ambition to measurable execution.
Agentic brings experience from Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, enterprise transformation, analytics, AI, pharma, life sciences, and complex technology delivery. We have delivered client work across areas such as market monitoring, document intelligence, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled business processes.
We are looking for a senior Commercial Lead to help build Agentic’s presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is not a conventional sales role. We are looking for someone with strong enterprise access, commercial credibility, and the ambition to help build the commercial foundation of an early-stage company.
The right person can open senior conversations, build trust quickly, and turn strategic interest into concrete client opportunities.
What you will do
* Develop senior client relationships across DACH.
* Open conversations with enterprise clients, private equity firms, and transformation leaders.
* Help convert market interest into concrete project opportunities.
* Shape the commercial narrative around Agentic and Continuum.
* Support proposal development, pricing, and partnership discussions.
* Work closely with the founder to build the company’s go-to-market engine.
Who we are looking for
* A senior commercial or Tier 1 consulting profile with strong enterprise access.
* Fluent German and English.
* Experience selling or shaping consulting, transformation, AI, data, analytics, or technology services.
* Credibility with senior stakeholders.
* Comfort operating in an early-stage environment without corporate infrastructure.
* A builder mindset, with the ability to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
