Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the region.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business expansion in Poland, the Baltic States, and Nordic markets.
* Maintain strong relationships with key customers, including project developers, utilities, and distributors.
* Collaborate with the headquarters' solutions team to develop sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
* Monitor competitors and market trends, providing strategic recommendations for the region.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. They will also have at least 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy, with actual bidding experience for utility BESS projects and successful contract negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy.
* Actual bidding experience for utility BESS projects and successful contract negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of the Polish, Baltic, and Nordic markets.
