Head of Client Creative Services (Graphics / PPT Support) (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and performance-oriented leader to head our global Client Creative (Graphic / PPT Support) Service function. This role is responsible for scaling our operating model further, optimizing processes and structures, improving service quality, and enabling efficient global Client Creative (Graphic / PPT Support) delivery across regions within a fast-paced consulting environment.
The successful candidate will lead the ongoing transformation of Client Creative from a design-focused support function into a globally managed, performance-driven service organization, establishing clear governance, KPIs, resource planning, and technology-enabled workflows with measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is an experienced service unit manager and pragmatic innovator, who can make clear decisions in dynamic environments, adapt best practices from other service organizations, and drive complex changes from concept to implementation. They combine strong operational leadership experience with a data-driven approach to performance improvement, while constructively challenging the status quo, building accountability, and leading teams through transparent progress tracking and collaboration across a large international organization.

How you will create an impact:
11. Global Operating Model & Transformation: Establish a scalable global operating model, including a new organization design, roles, governance, decision rights and service levels and lead adoption of new structures, processes and tools; transfer relevant best practices from service organizations in consulting.
12. Process, Ticketing & Technology Excellence: Redesign intake, prioritization, production, review, quality control, delivery and feedback processes and optimize ticketing and workflow technologies; introduce AI, automation and semi-automated quality checks where value-adding.
13. Performance & Commercial Steering: Define and manage KPIs for quality, turnaround time, utilization, backlog, stakeholder satisfaction, cost and service levels and manage capacity, budgets, vendors and external providers with a clear view on productivity and ROI.
14. Visual Identity, Quality & Innovation: Own and elevate the firm's PowerPoint design vision, visual identity standards and best practices and ensure visual excellence and consistency; drive innovation in data visualization, slide production and AI-enabled design.
15. People & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and develop a global team of around 60 Client Creative professionals and foster creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement and act as senior interface to consulting leadership and translate client-business urgency into clear service priorities.
About you:
16. 8-10+ years of management experience in service delivery or operations, ideally in managing graphic design.
17. Proven experience managing service teams of 30+ FTEs, ideally across multiple locations or regions.
18. Relevant background in consulting/professional services, shared services, customer service, workforce services, call centers or comparable service environments.
19. Strong understanding of the consulting business model, including client urgency, quality expectations and commercial discipline.
20. Experience in operating model design, organizational redesign, process improvement and technology-enabled transformation.
21. Experience with ticketing systems, workflow tools, dashboards, automation/AI opportunities and quality assurance approaches.
22. Experience managing budgets, vendors and external service providers.
23. Strong analytical skills, including KPI design, performance steering and ROI-based decision-making.
24. General understanding of PowerPoint design, corporate visual identity, data visualization and creative production quality.
25. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent English required.
