**IT Infrastructure Specialist**
* This role is responsible for administering and further developing our Citrix platforms.
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and innovation of our modern IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and further develop our Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and ADC/Netscaler platforms.
* Configure central Citrix components such as Delivery Controller, StoreFront, Workspace App, ADC, and MCS.
* Roll out and optimize applications and master images in Citrix environments.
* Conduct independent project work and performance analyses.
* Provide 2nd/3rd level support and process incidents and changes.
* Implement IT governance and security requirements.
* Coordinate with external service providers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in administering complex Windows and Citrix environments.
* In-depth knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, provisioning, and ADC (Netscaler).
* Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Windows Server, and profile management tools like FSLogix.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services including Azure, Entra, Exchange Online, and Teams.
* Analytical and structured approach to work with high personal responsibility and teamwork skills.
* Very good English and German language skills.
