SharkNinja is seeking a Digital Content & SEO Manager to own sitewide content operations and drive organic performance for the Central Europe region. You’ll combine editorial excellence, SEO strategy, and data driven optimization to build intent-led journeys that drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty. What will you do: Maintain end-to-end website content across both websites Shark and Ninja —ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility NPD set up : build and QA product pages and merchandising content. C oordinating with Category and Commercial Teams for on- time go- live. Landing pages set up : create campaign landing pages and intent- led evergreen landing pages CMS & DAM : operate Intershop and Cloudinary. Maintain clear structure. Own the organic growth strategy across Central Europe : keyword opportunity sizing (brand & non brand), audience/intent mapping, content calendar, and prioritization tied to commercial goals. Plan, brief, and produce content that is clear, on brand, and localized; ensure accessibility and compliance. Creation of Content Calendar: for campaigns, seasonality, NPDs and SEO On page SEO excellence : metadata, headings, internal linking, alt text, structured data and snippet o ptimization. Govern content quality : tone of voice, brand consistency, facts/claims, legal sign off, and localization QA; maintain reusable modules and component guidelines in the CMS. Collaborate cross functionally with UX, Design, Product, Performance, PR/Comms, and Market ing teams to amplify reach and ensure channel fit journeys. What will you have: Experience in website content management/CMS operations within eCommerce or multi channel digital environments. Strong CMS skills (Intershop or similar) Basic technical understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Excellent editorial craft/UX writing, information architecture, and understanding of accessibility. Solid SEO fundamentals ( on page ) Hands on with GA4, Google Search Console Experience with DAM/ Cloudinary and localization workflows. Strong stakeholder management, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple launches with clear priorities.
