Your Mission
As part of our global ERP rollout, we are looking for motivated support in the Project Management Office (PMO) to help ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA worldwide. The PMO plays a central role in managing and assuring the quality of the project, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the PMO team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities within the global ERP rollout
* Assist in resource management, including the administration of access rights and user permissions related to the ERP rollout
* Contribute to organizational tasks within the program environment, such as planning and coordinating internal events, workshops, and meetings
* Prepare and document PMO-relevant topics in a structured manner to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the project
* Prepare and follow up on meetings, including task tracking
* Support communication with international stakeholders
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable field
* Initial experience in project management or with ERP systems is a plus
* Structured and independent working style
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills in both German and English
* Team player with initiative and strong organizational skills
