Embracing Excellence: Lead Compliance Strategist Role
About the Role
The Compliance Director position offers a unique opportunity to drive compliance excellence and strategic advice across global business operating committees, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. As a direct report to the CECO, you will lead the EMEA compliance business partner team and oversee regional implementation of global Ethics & Compliance programs and strategies.
1. Lead the EMEA compliance business partner team and collaborate with senior leaders to provide compliance expertise and strategic advice.
2. Develop and implement regional specific risk strategies, policies, training, communications, and processes.
3. Partner with key business/functional stakeholders and E&C functional teams to ensure cohesive compliance support within EMEA and globally.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more global business operating committees and their leaders.
Your Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (Law) or Juris Doctorate
* Profound experience in working in compliance in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry
* Fluency in verbal and written English & German
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Deep knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and other anti-corruption codes and standards
* Demonstrated success as a role model for integrity within a corporate setting
* Communication and influence management skills in a matrixed organization
* Team management and project management skills

* Experience in working closely with senior leaders
