Your seat to fill:
1. Lead the planning and execution of retail projects, including new store openings, remodels, and strategic initiatives.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including construction, design, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
5. Drive cost-effective project execution while maintaining company quality, aesthetic, and operational standards.
6. Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance management.
7. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.
8. Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
9. Continuously identify opportunities to improve rollout processes, efficiency, and project delivery.

10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
11. Relevant experience in retail project management, with a focus on store openings and remodels.
12. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
13. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
14. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
16. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
17. Experience in vendor and contractor management.
