(Senior) Software Engineer / Full Stack Engineer (m/w/d)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and help drive the evolution of our data-intensive applications. Your responsibility
* Drive the development of innovative features and scalable solutions for our data platform and data-intensive applications.
* Design, implement, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and related technologies.
* Ensure solutions meet high standards for performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
* Take full ownership of the software lifecycle following the principle: “You build it, you run it.” From solution design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver business value.
* Act as a technical mentor and knowledge multiplier by sharing expertise, promoting engineering best practices, and supporting the growth of other team members.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future technology landscape of our applications and platforms.
* Drive continuous improvements in software quality, development processes, and operational excellence.
Your competences
* Several years of professional experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot.
* Solid experience building modern frontend applications with React or a comparable framework.
* Proven track record of delivering and operating software with end-to-end ownership.
* Experience with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player attitude.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
