As a Supplier Performance Analyst (d/f/m) at Airbus based in Hamburg, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products and services through effective collaboration with suppliers. You will act as a crucial link between the internal teams and external suppliers, managing quality, supply chain processes, and supplier performance to ensure operational excellence. In this full-time position, your expertise in areas like quality management, supplier evaluation, and project coordination will directly impact the success and reliability of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding operational activities and contract management. Ensure supplier compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Monitor new product introductions to secure industrial qualification maturity before serial production phases. Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance while identifying and mitigating industrial risks. Initiate and oversee supplier performance improvement projects and set long-term development targets. Present supplier performance KPIs during multifunctional team meetings. Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of procured goods and services. Contribute to annual Supplier Evaluation Development processes. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field. 2 years of experience in supplier management, quality management, or supply chain operations. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace tools. Knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management, and Total Quality Management techniques. Fluent in both German and English at a professional level. Technical understanding and presentation experience are essential. Willingness to travel within Europe 1–2 times per quarter.
