For our clients, a global leader in new energy solutions, focusing on high-quality large-scale energy storage systems, we are looking for Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Key responsibilities - Serve as the core liaison between the company and key German customers, responsible for daily communication, relationship maintenance, and timely response to customer needs. - Receive and handle customer quality complaints, collaborate with the domestic after-sales quality center, R&D, production and other departments to promote problem analysis, solution formulation and implementation, ensuring the closure of customer complaints. - Collate customer complaint data and feedback to the domestic team, track the effectiveness of solutions, and prevent recurrence of similar issues. - Coordinate cross-departmental resources, feed back quality trends in overseas markets, and provide references for product improvement Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering-related majors (such as mechanical engineering, electronics, materials, etc.). - Fluent in German or English, capable of using them as working languages. - At least 2 years of experience in after-sales quality or technical support, with a background in manufacturing preferred; experience in cross-border collaboration is a plus. - Proficiency in quality tools such as 8Dand FMEA, with abilities in problem analysis and cross- departmental coordination. - Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, mechanical, and electromechanical systems. - Good presentation and communication skills What coud be offered - Work in a world leading company with a international team - Very convenient working environment - Competitive salary & compensations
