We are seeking an Application Engineer to drive innovation in sustainable consumer care solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize cleaning product formulations with a focus on performance, stability, and cost efficiency.
* Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to customers.
* Conduct laboratory testing to validate cleaning efficacy and consumer benefits.
* Collaborate with R&D and sales to create new solutions and deliver technical presentations.
* Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of regulatory and market trends.
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Formulation Science, or related field.
* 7+ years' experience in formulation development, application testing, or technical support within home care, surfactants, or specialty chemicals.
* Strong understanding of surfactants, enzymes, solvents, and formulation compatibility.
* Experience working in international, multicultural environments.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
