PURPOSE & SCOPE:
Reporting to the Test and Validation Engineer, as a student for the Test and Validation Team, you will support the Engineering team in their daily business as well as take over tasks on your own.
Must work in a safe and efficient manner and comply with Johnson Electric Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and Quality Systems, Procedures and Policies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan and perform tests according to our DVP&R standards
2. Support implementation and usage of AI-based tools for data analysis and reporting
3. Support creation of data models and structured datasets for AI applications
4. Data analysis using MS Excel, Artemis Suite, MATLAB and/or DIADEM
5. Support the customer return process
6. Technical documentation and reporting
7. Ensure all work is performed and completed in a safe manner

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
8. Student of Mechanical Engineering (or similar profession)
9. Team worker, open minded, curious for new technologies
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Hands-on mentality
12. Mechanical Inclination
13. Basic knowledge in the automotive environment
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills
15. Basic knowledge of data analysis / scripting (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
16. Structured working method
17. Good interpersonal skills. Able to work well independently or within a team environment
18. German fluently
19. Good English
20. More languages skill advantageous
21. 70% desk work –utilizing the computer
22. 30% Hands-on work within the prototype workshop
