Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager AOE (Automotive Original Equipment) to join our team in Hannover, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with and inspire our sales team to achieve exceptional performance and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Manager AOE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the team's success in meeting and exceeding targets.

1. Be responsible for all tasks / activities related to Order Intake, Acquisition and Quote Process
2. Leading price, claiming or contracting negotiations from and towards customers within defined parameters
3. Identifying and preparing relevant customer strategy considering business environment and target setting for sales
4. Motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
8. Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
9. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness

Qualifications

12. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
13. Proven track record of success in sales management roles, with extensive experience
14. Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
15. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
16. Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred)
17. Sales management knowledge
18. Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
19. Knowledge of the Swedish language is advantageous.
20. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
21. Advanced negotiation and closing skills
22. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
23. Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings
