About the Role
ATMOCE is growing its European operations and we are looking for a hands-on Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and order fulfillment activities across Europe.
In this role, you will help coordinate outbound shipments, support warehouse communication, maintain accurate ERP records, follow up on deliveries, and assist with logistics documentation and reporting. You will work closely with our external logistics partners, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure that customer orders are processed and delivered reliably.
This is a great opportunity for someone with first experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing, or warehouse coordination who wants to develop further in an international renewable energy company.
Responsibilities:
Logistics & Order Coordination
* Support the processing of customer and internal orders in the ERP system
* Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouses, logistics partners, and freight forwarders
* Book and coordinate outbound transport
* Prepare and check shipping instructions and logistics documentation
* Monitor shipment status from order release to delivery
* Follow up on delays, missing information, or delivery issues and escalate where needed
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, shipment updates, and logistics topics
* Help maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics activities
Warehouse & Inventory Support
* Support accurate ERP postings for outbound goods, stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments
* Help follow up on stock movements and warehouse-related questions
* Support coordination with external warehouse service providers
* Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy across different storage locations
Reporting, Compliance & Process Support
* Support the preparation of regular logistics reports, including delivery status, transport activities, and exceptions
* Assist with logistics-related documentation, filing, and record-keeping
* Support WEEE-related processes and coordination with external partners where applicable
* Assist with topics related to dangerous goods, especially batteries and energy storage systems, under guidance from senior colleagues or external experts
* Help identify practical process improvements in daily logistics workflows
Your Profile:
* Degree or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
* Ideally 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing, import/export, or warehouse coordination
* First experience working with freight forwarders, warehouses, 3PLs, or transport providers is an advantage
* Basic understanding of logistics documents, Incoterms, customs processes, or international transport is helpful
* Experience with ERP systems or logistics platforms is a plus
* Good Excel skills and confidence working with operational data
* Fluent business English is required
* French is a strong advantage
* German is also very favorable
* Any additional European language or Mandarin is a plus
