We are seeking a ( Junior) Product Designer (f/m/d) to join our Product Design Team. Our Design team is made up of product designers, researchers, and graphic designers. We work with product managers, engineers, analytics, marketing, customer success staff and more. We believe in a collaborative, lean and hypothesis-driven approach to our work. Product and Tech is working in a self-organised model, which moves away from hierarchy.
Our Product Designers work embedded in cross-functional teams, but also collaborate closely building our design culture and nurturing a strong team spirit.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
* Designing the experience and interface of our new OTR products (Credit Card, Insurance, Mortgage) ensuring visual and behavioural consistency.
* Create new design assets such as hero banners, icons, and components aligned with the brand system.
* Collaborate with the Product Design Team to ideate new user flow scenarios and interface improvements.
* Ensure responsive layouts and consistent interaction states across all product pages.
* Deliver production-ready Figma files and support developers during implementation.
* Contribute to the existing visual design system to support future features (e.g. filters, multi-option flows).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience (2+ years) designing interfaces for web products with a focus on usability and consistency.
* Good understanding of user experience principles and user interface/interaction patterns for the web.
* Have familiarity with finding actionable design solutions in the space between research findings, data insights, and business needs
* Comfortable working with tools like Figma,Jira, and Miro.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to collaboration and feedback.
* Comfortable working in agile or cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.
* Basic knowledge of German is a plus.
