About the role For our Omni Outdoor Sales organization, we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will provide both sales and administrative support to our Sales Team in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this role, you act as a central interface between customers, the Sales Team and internal departments such as Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing. You ensure that sales processes run smoothly, customer data is accurate, and commercial activities are well supported. Your key responsibilities Handle transactional customer inquiries in line with internal standards Work closely with the Sales Director, Channel Sales Manager, Key Account Managers and Account Managers Coordinate and manage customer correspondence and mailings Support the preparation and review of customer presentations Perform market and customer analysis, including EPOS data analysis Identify opportunities for Excess & Obsolete (E&O) stock Maintain and update customer listings and product master data, including in‑ and outlistings Transfer customer listings and promotional prices into SAP and customer portals Complete listing and article sheets Manage product information and visual materials from the Keter database to customer portals Support the Sales Team with assortment information (AI) preparation and updates towards Supply Chain Coordinate shipment of catalogues and POS materials Manage customer sample requests and ensure timely fulfilment in cooperation with Customer Service Control and review customer listings regularly and flag changes proactively Prepare offers based on Sales Team price calculations and act as central administrative interface for all offers (outbound and archiving) Support tender processes and supervise deadlines Maintain customer master data (contacts, addresses, phone numbers, emails) Support sales reporting, documentation and compliance certificates (REACH, DOC, LLE, etc.) Support processing of test reports, audits and BOM-related quality topics Handle Packaging Ordinance Act inquiries for Keter Germany and Luxembourg (e.g. Interseroh, ARA) Create POs and MIGO for sales-related invoices Proactively identify and flag sales-related process issues Your profile Completed secondary education First experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting Sales or Customer Service Strong administrative and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Good command of SAP Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) as working languages Structured, analytical and detail-oriented way of working Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently Strong communication skills and confident interaction at all levels Comfortable working in a multicultural and remote team environment Strong sense of ownership, accountability and results orientation A market conform salary 30 annual leave days per year Room to grow and develop Working together with a great team
